Configure AI Enhanced Features Access with BYOK

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) allows you to connect your preferred AI provider directly to All-In-Moves. This unlocks ai enhanced updated analysis, smarter cost suggestions, and automated report generation. This is not essential, each item cost can be input as you like. Both calculators offer Add Item capability, as well as de-selection to make your scenario 100% yours, all while keeping your data private.

Research Project Component Costs for Specific Items

Accurate local costing is critical for reliable flip projections. In this example, we research and update costs for lifetime metal roofing installed in the subject property’s zip code. You do NOT need an AI Subscription to use AI for Projects research. My Chrome Browser has Ask Gemini, and for a quick mission like this one, it is enough FREE tokens. GOOGLE Search is now ai powered, so this is what Gemini is really using - in my hallucinations ;-)

Projects Workflow Steps:

  1. Open the project and navigate to the Component Costs section.
  2. Select or add the line item like “Lifetime Metal Roofing.”
  3. Use the “Good" and "BETTER" Project Prices, sets budget range.
  4. Save — the scenario with your New Line Item.
  5. When you get serious about a Purchase, Find a couple of sources for your Project Scope and refine the Estimates to make Dream Home math work. Negotiate - Relax knowing you are as prepared as possible!

Update Baseline Costs for Projects & Estimator Current Mortgage Rates

Keeping baseline data fresh ensures your AI-enhanced projections remain realistic and market-aligned. Regularly update project baseline costs and the current mortgage rate assumptions used by the Estimator.

  • Enable AI Enhanced mode → Estimator & Projects.
  • Select a State from drop-down list.
  • Click Update Baseline for new data in that State List.
  • Your AI Key is save in your browser until you clear cache. If you get Error Message in Update, check Model Name is currently serving with your AI Provider, then update AI Settings and click the Test Button please.

These updates keep your scenario costs locally current and maximize the value of your AI subscription. We respect the Value of Tokens and keep you in charge of usage.
